At full capacity the YouTu battery store pack has a maximum discharge current of approximately 3,2 Ampere. If you draw that much current for more than 30s some sort of overload protection on the battery pack PCB shuts the battery OFF. This obviously makes the battery pack useless in my LED Lamp.
The vendor claims that I bought a "high capacity" batter pack that's not built for such "high" current applications.
Nowhere in the product description did it specify the maximum discharge current or that it is a "high capacity, low power, low discharge current" battery.
Returning for a refund is pointless since the postage to china would cost twice as much as the battery pack itself.
Go look for another vendors battery pack if your applications is around or more than 10W.
